Facebook has just filed a fourth amendment to its S-1 to Initial Public offer(IPO) , apart from these facebook also shared some interesting statistics that it has now 901 million monthly active users and 500 million mobile users.
Facebook made $1.058 billion in revenue in Q1 2012, which is 44.7% up from first quarter of 2011 but down 6.5% frin fourth quarter 2011. currently facebook has 3,539 full-time employees worldwide.
Back in December facebook have 845 million users and in march 2011 facebook had 680 million monthly active users. Facebook also revealed that 398 million people were active for six of the last seven days during March 2012.
Apart from user statistics facebook received 3.2 billion likes and comments per day, 300 million photos uploaded per day and hosts 125 billion total friendship. Facebook also hosts 42 million pages with ten or more likes and 9 million apps and sites.
