Microsoft has released a patch called “Microsoft Fix it” for Internet Explorer vulnerability. This IE vulnerability affecting Internet Explorer 7/8/9 on Windows XP/Vista and Win 7.
If you are using Internet Explorer 6/7/8/9 then it is highly recommended to apply this temporary patch. The vulnerability in Internet Explorer could allow remote code execution. you can read more about this vulnerability at Microsoft Security Advisory.
This Patch only works for 32-bit of Internet Explorer.
Before you apply the patch, make sure that Internet Explorer is fully updated, if not then update your IE using Windows Update service and then apply the patch.
