I have Safari and have tried the above method. Thank you for posting it :) Although it worked, my Facebook has changed a lot (I.E. it has a massive gap about a meter long of blank space at the beginning). Do you know whether I could change it back to how it looked before please? Can somebody help me please?

It would be great if they could respond as soon as possible please because my timeline goes live on the 26th of February…
I am also having the same trouble as Cindy where I have used another computer and the timeline is still there.

      • shubham February 19, 2012 at 6:03 am - Reply

As I Said Previous, there is not any permanent method to delete timeline, you can just simply disable it through some tweaks, for yourself means only you can see your old profile and for others it is timeline.

    Hi Shubham .
Well this is a weird question . I disabled facebook timeline on my web browser (mozilla firefox) and it worked perfectly but now i wanna get the facebook timeline back. So is there a tweak to get it back ? Thanks . That will be a great help .

    • shubham March 29, 2012 at 8:48 am - Reply

      Hi Rajvir,
This is so simple, just reverse the process and you will again get timeline, for ex; if you used extension for your firefox browser than just remove that extensions from add-ons manager.

But this is not working in other browsers. For example, you change your timeline using mozilla, but when you use chrome, you’re still in timeline mode. Any answer?
